Well todays post is going to be about my blog. Seems like the most page views I have gotten in one day is 9 on the 18th. And the amount of comments I have gotten from the posts I have been posting everyday for about a week 0. I feel that there is no reason for me to keep posting tips and info for computers and phones if there isn't going to be any comments on them. As I don't know if I am giving people good information or if no one cares. Also I don't know if there is anything that people would like to know that I should post. So until then I guess I will no longer post as it is a waste of my time. Goodbye for now.

Have you ever been given a bunch of random download links to sites that your friend had uploaded some stuff to them for you? Well you can get all of them downloaded with a single download manager. You can use mipony it can download multiple links and it will put the ones that can't download multiple ones in the que. But for future reference you can ask your friend if they can upload it to multiupload. It is the best site I have found aside from mediafire. You can download things directly from multiupload with no wait time or catchpas or download it from one of your favorite sites that are on the list.

Have you ever scrolled down a page and it was very very wavy and slow to respond? If so then you most likely have no driver for your video card. How this can happen is that someone installs you a new card and forgets to install the driver for it. Or someone accidentally uninstalls the driver. You can fix this by finding out what the video card is by either opening up the computer and looking at it. Or you can get unknowndeviceidentifier. With this program it can tell you what type of brand of hardware you have installed. Once you have that you can go to the manufacturers website and download the drivers and install them. Then you should be able to scroll smoothly. Also just because you have drivers installed doesn't mean you never have to update them either. If you update them you could get more functionality of your hardware. Like for graphics cards the driver updates usually give you a speed increase for playing specific games.

Well I don't have but one thing here to post today. So I will make it quick. If you would like to make a little money here and there then I have a few places you can go. They won't make you much at first but will build up to a higher amount later. First one that seems to work best for me is sendearnings. I have already earned 2 checks and I am fixing to get a third one after I earn a little more. For this opportunity all you really need to do is check emails and do 5 searches everyday. Also there is another site that is a little more difficult but you get paid faster once you earn enough. If you would like info for this one then I will need your email addresses and I will send out a invitation to the site. This site you do surveys and you can cashout once you receive $10 and it can be put on a payoneer card you signup for and recieve in the mail within the time specified in the email you will get. Well this is all for now I have other sites that make money just haven't really had a chance to keep up with them.

Do you have games on your computer you just can't seem to beat? Well with the help of trainers or cheat programs you can easily beat them. Trainers are something preassembled for you to use that you can just press buttons and they will give you max values for things. Or you can have a cheat program like cheat engine or art money. With these programs you can search for values that you would like to change and put them at whatever level you want them at. To use the program you just search for the value wait for it to be finished scanning then alter the value by buying selling or hurting yourself. Then search for the new value and keep doing this until the values stop decreasing. Then change the values to the value you want. Well that is all for now later.

Well you can do just this by using virtualbox it is just like vmware except it is free. It will let you install most any operating system that is out there. What is really cool is that you can even install mac even if your computer isn't a mac. You can get this software here: https://www.virtualbox.org/

Hello again. Do you have people changing your wallpaper on your computer and don't want them to? Well you can put a stop to that. All you have to do is set up the group policy and hope they don't figure out how to do it as well. All you need to do is type gpedit.msc in the start menu or the run prompt. After that just follow these steps. Under user configuration click on administrative templates then desktop then click on the desktop under its menu. After that just right click on desktop wallpaper and click on edit. Then press enabled and type in the location of the wallpaper you want locked then press apply and okay. This should lock the desktop from the wallpaper from being changed. If you have windows 7 this is the steps but if you have windows xp the steps will be a little different but in the same place. If you have any questions just leave a comment.

Is your web going a little slower than it is suppose to? Well there is a few ways you can speed it up. One of the first things you can do is set your qos bandwidth reserve to 0% by default it is at 20%. You can do this by pressing start typing gpedit.msc into the search programs and files form and pressing enter. Then click on administrative templates under computer configuration then network then qos package scheduler. Then right click on limit reservable bandwidth to the right and press edit. Then click on enabled and put it down to 0% and press apply and ok. Then you can exit the gpedit and you will be finished with that. This gives you a small increase in speed but sometimes it doesn't at all depending on your computers configuration and internet connection. Another way would be to configure your adapters settings to be configured for your internet connection specifically. As all computers by default are specifically configured for any specific internet connnection anyone has. I use TCP Optimizer, it usually gives a good boost if your settings aren't adjusted that good. Like for my speed on my connection I usually get up to 1.3Mbps with the boost I got 1.33Mbps. I got a small boost because I have mobile broadband and it's speed just isn't that fast especially since it is just EVDO REV A instead of HSPA which is much much faster.

Well here is todays "secret". I am not sure if anyone knows this but you can get surround sound with just a pair of headphones and some speakers. All you have to do is have the speakers plugged in to the speaker port on the computer and just barely push in the headphones into the headphones port until you start to hear the audio. You may need to push the headphones in a little further or pull them out a little bit to fine tune. Well I hope this is useful I know it is for me it is kind of cool.

Well I have to get going so I will post something here real quick. If you have ever had a android phone then you may of heard of live wallpapers. Have you ever wanted to have them on your computer? Well now you can just go to this page: http://www.dreamsceneseven.com/animatedwallpapers.htm then you will be able to get the program then download the selected wallpaper you want which is a video with no sound. Then you just right click the video after the program is installed and select set as wallpaper. I hope this is useful to everyone even if there is little to no one that visits my blog and no one comments on my stuff. Well I will be on tomorrow later.

Another day another tip. I am filled with computer knowledge so I feel that I will be posting daily now. Now today's tip is how to get a free OS. I am sure there is a few of you out there that may not have an OS on a computer on ebay and it didn't come with one. Or maybe you have one just you are getting a message saying it is counterfeit. Well not to worry as there is lots of free OS's out there some of them are like windows but most of them are just linux. You may think that on linux that you won't be able to do the things you do on windows but that isn't entirely true. There is something called wine tools and it allows you to install lots of windows based programs on linux. Like there are those out there that love plants vs zombies which is a windows program. Don't worry this is one of the programs that work on linux. Now enough talk about linux, I am sure you are wondering where you can get these free OS's. Well I will list them from most popular to the least popular. And this list will also attribute them from best to worst.
1.Ubuntu- the top linux OS you can also get free a free installation disc sent to you.
2.Knoppix- one of the less known linux OS's but it is just as good as ubuntu.
3.Fedora- this linux OS has some useful tools that some linux OS's don't have by default.
4.Debian- it comes with over 29,000 packages of precompiled software.
5. Damn Small Linux- this os is only 50MBs and can be installed on a flash drive or usb stick.
All of these linux OS's can be used as a "live" OS which means it doesn't need to be installed to your hard disk. Just burn the iso and put it in your computer's cd drive and choose the live cd option and you are good to go. Just that since it is run from a cd nothing can be saved unless you keep the computer on or put it in hibernate or sleep mode when you are done with it which will use little power.
But those of you that want to have a OS that is like windows so you won't have to end up going through a lot of steps just to get a windows program to work there is also OS's out there that are based on windows that can install windows programs. At the moment I only know of one but I will add more if I find them. The OS is called reactos and it can also be used as a live OS. This OS is only 55MBs which is very small for a OS based on windows. Well this is all for now come back tomorrow for more tips and advice for your computer later.

Well today I have more info to help protect your computer from getting infected with viruses and other things. The best way would be to have a "disc freezer" as I would think it would be called. A disc freezer basically keeps the computer in the state that you freeze it at. So then if you do get infected all you would have to do is just restart the computer and it will just go back to the state it was froze at. Sounds cool doesn't it? Well some may think then how would I save stuff. That is a good question. Basically you could have a external hard drive or your computers hard drive, that has your os installed on it and have it partitioned. Partitioning is when you have the hard drive divided up to seem like seperate hard drives. Once you have that then you can set one of the partitions to stay unfrozen and just keep your os hard drive partition frozen. This way you can save stuff to your partition that isn't frozen and everything will be fine. Also if you wish to install new programs that you wish to keep you just unfreeze the partition and restart then install it then refreeze it. Now some may think that this may not protect against everything like if the virus went a little to far and got into the freezing program. It isn't likely but in case it does happen you can always keep a backup of the computer with a recovery program. Just make a recovery image and save it to a external drive that is never hooked up after it is saved for maximum protection. This way if something is to try to destroy things on the computer it won't get to your backups. Now I am sure you are wondering what these programs names are, so I will put names and links to them here. There is multiple disc freezers out there but I would really recommend deep freeze there is a standard and enterprise edition. Standard is perfectly fine to use for end users but if you run a business then you would need enterprise. Now for the recovery program there is also more than one but I would recommend acronis true image home. With this program you can have a recovery image like lots of computers come with. All you would have to do is just make a recovery image and if you ever need it then you would have a key to press after you power on the computer and the recovery process will start. Now as usual I am always here if you would ever need help with getting these things installed or have questions about things. Also I almost forgot to mention that I also provide free support with android phones. Have ever gotten a phone off ebay or an online store and the phone doesn't work? Well I am here to help, I have a LG Optimus V and I have done plenty of things with it. I know there is support forums out there but don't expect to get answers immediately. But anyways if I help you with your android phone and you appreciate it then a donation would be great. Well thats all for now I hope I haven't wrote a little to much here to read. Later.

Sunday, December 11, 2011

Hmm it has been 3 months already. Well I haven't really had a chance to be on here much at all haven't been able to pay for the web each month. But anyways thought I would get back on here and post a few things for people that want to keep their computer running good. The number one thing would be removal of nasty programs that love to mess up your computer. The best thing I recommend is malwarebytes it is free and it can remove most any nasty programs out there. And what I mean by nasty is spyware, viruses, malware, and lots more. The free version doesn't have protection and only removal but I believe it comes with a trial for protection if it is the first time you installed it or update to a newer version. Also for cleaning up your computer I recommend tuneup utilities. It has much features of cleaning up and tuning your computer hence the name tuneup utilities. This is all the advice I have for now but remember if you can't get your computer optimal to the way you like it then I am available to give you remote technical support for low prices. Later I will have some deals going on to give remote technical support for even lower prices. The cost will be as low as a 25 cent donation which I will soon add to the site. I hope that the advice helps everyone out. Later.
